GUIDELINE
(1) dividedfor's Group Order (GO) a. The first payment is only for the goods. A second payment is needed for international + local postageb. Second payment email will be sent to you several days before the goods' arrival in Malaysia or when the international shipping fee is confirmed or when the goods have arrived.c. We will notify by mentioning you on Twitter once we have emailed the second payment.d. A postage form is included in the second payment email. Make sure to fill out the postage before the cut-off date stated. You can find the cut-off date in the form and/or email.
(2) Refund a. Every buyer has 7 days from the date you received DM or Email to ask about the refund after we inform that the refund has been processed.b. If you have question about it or need a proof etc, you have 7 days from the date of the DM or Email to inquire us about it.
(3) Things To Take Note a. Kindly check the masterlist before asking for updates. No updates in masterlist = no progressb. Do not rush us to post your items especially if you fail to pay before cut-off datec.Second payment (International shipping fee EMS) must be paid within 7 days from the date you receive our email.Deadline will be stated in email. Failure to do so will result in your goods to be confiscated and no refund will be given. Penalty will be imposed for late payment when claiming back your item, If the item is still with us by the time you ask.d. No reminder emails will be sent out to prompt you to pay the second payment.e.We have full rights to sell back your item if you fail to settle your second payment within 7 days. This is to cover back the EMS fee that you didn't pay. Please understand that no refund will be given to you for failure to settle the second payment and/or claim back your item.f. If you cannot settle the second payment within 7 days, you have to inform us in advance and state your reason. We will consider and give you time to pay.

We will not be liable and no refund will be given if the seller claimed they have shipped the goods to us, but no tracking number given and we did not receive any goods at our warehouse and the seller refuses to settle this matter.b. We will not be liable and no refund will be given if the seller claimed they have shipped the goods to us, we received the tracking number but we did not receive any goods at our warehouse and the seller refuses to settle this matter.c. We will not be liable and no refund will be given if you receive a damage item or the item and/or parcel gets lost due to the mishandling by the courier company, or during delivery or transportation by the courier company (from overseas to overseas warehouse, from overseas warehouse to Malaysia or from Malaysia warehouse to our place) or because of the warehouse's fault of misplacing the parcel. If you want to file a report, please contact the courier company on your own.d. In any situation, refund will only be processed if we receive the refund from the seller or warehouse or the courier company.e. We will not be liable if the seller sends a wrong item or if the item is damaged and the seller refuses to resend or give a refund. We can help to settle it but if the seller doesn't respond, we're not responsible and no refund will be given for that.f. If the project is cancelled, refund will be processed after the seller refund us the money. As there is a transaction fee for every payment to overseas bank account, refund given ≠ total amount that you paid.g. Buy at your own risk. We are just a middle party helping you to buy goods from overseas. If the seller disappears, or refuse to respond to us, or run away, or deactivate their account, or MIA, no refund will be given to you for the seller's fault.h.We will follow up with the seller for up to 6 months only. After 6-month period, if we still did not hear anything and/or get any updates from the seller, we assume that the seller has disappeared (run away), we will stop updating the Masterlist and delete the GO details in the Masterlist. No refund will be given for the seller's fault.i. We will not be responsible if the seller never reply to our DM/email/inquiries in settling any of the issues (a-h) above.j.
